What is the Sync Video Feature?

Connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts to browse and import videos into your store - no need to download and re-upload files manually.

Simply select the videos you want to add, then turn them into shoppable content to boost engagement and drive sales.

How to sync video

To sync video from Tiktok/Instagram, you can easily follow these steps:

1. Click Add video >> Use username/Use URL

2. Input your username on Tiktok/Instagram or copy and paste the link of video

3. Make sure that you have obtained neccessary permissions, copyrights and authorizations

4. Click Import and view synced videos in the video list

Working with Video Details

Each uploaded video can be customized with product information and details.

Tagging Products to Videos

Product tags make your videos shoppable by linking them to items in your store.

To tag products:

1. Open the video detail panel

2. Scroll to the Tagged product(s) section

3. Click Tag product

4. In the product selector:

   • Browse your synced Shopify products

   • Use the search bar to find specific items

   • Select multiple products if the video features several items

5. Click Confirm
