# Upload video

### What is the Upload Video Feature?

The Upload Video feature lets you add video content from your computer directly to Shopvid. Once uploaded, you can organize, tag products, and turn these videos into shoppable experiences for your customers. This gives you complete control over your video content while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.

#### Preparing Your Videos

Before uploading, ensure your videos meet these requirements:

**Video specifications:**

* **Format:** MP4 only
* **File size:** Maximum 20 MB per video
* **Quantity:** Up to 10 videos per upload session
* **Recommended resolution:** 1080p or 720p for best quality
* **Recommended length:** 15-60 seconds for optimal engagement

#### Uploading Videos

**To upload videos from your computer:**

1. Navigate to **Video library** in your Shopvid dashboard
2. Click the **Upload Video** button
3. Select up to 10 MP4 files (max 20 MB each)
4. Wait for the upload progress bar to complete
5. Your videos will appear in the library once processed

#### Managing Your Video Library

Once uploaded, you can organize and find videos easily using these tools:

**Viewing options:**

* **Alphabetical order:** Click "Name A-Z" to sort by video title
* **Uploaded at:** Click "Newest First" or "Oldest First"

**Finding specific videos:**

* **Search by name**
* **Filter videos:** Choose "Tagged product" or "Uploaded at"

### Working with Video Details

Each uploaded video can be customized with product information and details.

#### Tagging Products to Videos

Product tags make your videos shoppable by linking them to items in your store.

**To tag products:**

1. Open the video detail panel
2. Scroll to the **Tagged product(s)** section
3. Click **Tag product**
4. In the product selector:
   * Browse your synced Shopify products
   * Use the search bar to find specific items
   * Select multiple products if the video features several items
5. Click **Confirm**
